The following cancellation fees apply from the time of receipt of the cancellation: <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">  &#8211; <strong>Up to 30 days before the start of the course<\/strong>: Cancellation free of charge.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  &#8211; <strong>29 to 15 days before the start of the course<\/strong>: 50% of the course fees will be retained as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  &#8211; <strong>14 to 7 days before the start of the course<\/strong>: 75% of the course fees will be retained as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  &#8211; <strong>Less than 7 days before the start of the course or no-show<\/strong>: 100% of the course fees will be retained.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">2. <strong>rebooking<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  Rebooking to a later course is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the course, provided there are places available. If the rebooking is made less than 14 days before the start of the course, the regular cancellation conditions apply. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">3. <strong>substitute participant<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  The participant can nominate a substitute participant up to 7 days before the start of the course who will take his\/her place. In this case, no additional costs will be incurred. The substitute participant must fulfill the necessary participation requirements.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">4 <strong>Cancellation by the Academy<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">  Should Lange Aviation GmbH have to cancel the course, participants will receive a full refund of the course fees paid.
