By registering, the participant accepts the following general terms and conditions. The contract is concluded upon written confirmation of the registration by Lange Aviation GmbH.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">2 <strong>Course fees and terms of payment<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  The course fees must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice, but no later than 14 days before the start of the course. All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the statutory rate. If the fees are not paid on time, Lange Aviation GmbH reserves the right to exclude the participant from the course.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">3. <strong>scope of services<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  The course price includes participation in lessons, teaching materials and the use of the necessary technical equipment and infrastructure for the duration of the course. Other services, such as travel, accommodation and meals, are not included in the course price unless expressly stated. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">4. <strong>participation requirements<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  Participation in certain courses may require specific specialist knowledge. These are specified in the course description. Lange Aviation GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the course if the required prior knowledge is not available.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">5. <strong>changes and cancellation of courses<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  Lange Aviation GmbH reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses if the number of participants is too low or for other important reasons, such as illness of the instructor. In the event of cancellation by the Academy, any payments already made will be refunded in full. There are no further claims.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">6. <strong>disclaimer<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  Participation in the courses is at the participant&#8217;s own risk. Lange Aviation GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Lange Aviation GmbH accepts no liability for the loss of or damage to participants&#8217; personal belongings.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">7 <strong>Data protection and confidentiality<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  The data collected during registration will be used in accordance with data protection regulations (GDPR\/DSGVO) exclusively for the purpose of processing the course organization and will not be passed on to third parties. All participants undertake to maintain confidentiality about information that becomes known during the course. Further information can be found in the <a href=\"https:\/\/academy.lange-aviation.com\/datenschutzerklaerung\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">8 <strong>Copyright and rights of use<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  The materials provided as part of the courses are protected by copyright. Reproduction or forwarding of the materials to third parties is only permitted with the express written permission of Lange Aviation GmbH. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">9. <strong>no entitlement to advice<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;  The content of the courses does not constitute individual advice. Participants are responsible for making their own decisions based on the content provided. <\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">10 <strong>Place of jurisdiction and applicable law<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Zweibr\u00fccken, Germany.
